PACKAGE PRICING: If you’d like to purchase a package of 3 sessions, you will receive $30 off making each session $160 each versus $170. You can simply let me know at the time of payment if you’d like to buy a package. Sessions do not expire. And you don’t need to coordinate the number of sessions booked with the package. Any questions, please ask.
Price Increase: Please know my prices will increase by $20 per session starting January 1, 2025.

QNRT + Psychotherapy
Talk level therapy is helpful, but it does not target and release trauma stored in the body. Trauma is what makes a person feel reactive, triggered, anxious, overwhelmed and generally unable to be calm and present. QNRT is gentle, effective and accelerates your healing compared to talk-level therapy alone. The psychotherapy I offer along with each QNRT reset will help you untangle from the past and find a path forward that feels right for you.
Psychotherapy
Therapy is a place to be deeply seen, understood, nurtured, and challenged. I see people as whole and complete underneath their pain and hurt. With this perspective, we can focus on helping you get well versus spending time labeling your symptoms. I embody a blend of nurturing support and loving, direct honesty. This type of support can be a powerful way for you to heal and discover what you need and desire in your life.
Nutritional Counseling
This session is for clients who have completed enough QNRT sessions to begin to heal their addiction to food. They are ready for support in implementing and maintaining a whole foods lifestyle. Maggie has been supporting clients to heal their relationship with food for over 16 years. There will be no talk of diets, meal plans or counting calories. Eating and living a whole foods lifestyle is something you choose to practice for the rest of your life because you feel so great and it fuels your body to do all of the activities you love in life.
